How do I get a quote?

A.

Upload your 3D CAD file in STP, STEP, IGS, or PRT format. Include material, quantity, and surface finish requirements. For 2D drawings, please use PDF format. Once we have complete information, you will receive a quote within 24 hours.

How long does a quote take?

For most prototype projects, we respond within 24 hours after receiving complete drawings and specifications. If there are design issues, our engineering team will provide feedback and suggestions.

What is your typical lead time?

A.

Prototype parts are typically delivered in 5 to 7 business days. Production orders usually take 2 to 4 weeks. Rush services are available upon request.

Do you offer low-volume production?

A.

Yes. We handle everything from single prototypes to high-volume production with no minimum order quantity for trial runs. This helps you validate designs before scaling up.

What quality inspections do you perform?

A.

We follow a full inspection process including first article inspection (FAI), in-process quality control (IPQC), and outgoing quality control (OQC). We use CMM and optical measurement equipment to verify dimensions.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept 3D CAD files in STP, STEP, PRT, and IGS formats. For 2D drawings with dimensions, please use PDF format.

Can I use my own material for production?

A.

Yes, customer-supplied material is acceptable as long as it fits within our machine capabilities. Please contact our engineering team to confirm feasibility.
